On 2 March 2017 the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law had a pleasure of hosting an international conference on Restructuring of Companies and Protection of Employees’ Rights: Views from the EU, Austria, Serbia and Macedonia. The Conference was organized with the aim of providing correct and complete overview of the restructuring of companies,  from the perspective of harmonizing national laws with the law and practice of European Union. The Conference has gathered numerous specialists from Austria, Macedonia and Serbia who tackled theses issues. See Conference Programe.

The Conference was organized within the auspices of the Restructuring of Companies and the EU Law Project coordinated by University of Belgrade, Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien and University Ss. Cyril and Methodius from Skopje. The organization of the Conference was supported by the Österreichische Austauschdienst/–Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung within the IMPULSE project.
