Training of judges on environmental law at the Judicial Academy

Prof. Dr. Mirjana Drenovak-Ivanović took part in training course at the “Legal Training – Environmental Law” program organized by the Judicial Academy in cooperation with the OSCE Mission for the fourth time. The training consists of four parts and is intended for judges and judicial assistants of commercial courts, as well as deputy public prosecutors who act in this matter. Prof. Dr. Drenovak-Ivanović also took part in the implementation of the project on the topic: “Strengthening the capacity of participants in initial training for processing environmental crimes” for participants in initial training of the X generation. A training-workshop on the topic: “Legal training – Environmental law” was organized on September 13-18 at the Institute for Criminological and Sociological Research in Belgrade. On that occasion, Jean Monet Chairs for European Environmental Law and Climate Change Law activities were presented.
