Another Victory for the Belgrade Vis Moot Team

Upon securing a victory at the Milan Pre-Moot, and finishing fourth at the Munich Pre-Moot, our students have returned from the Moscow Pre-Moot, a pre-moot hosted by the Lomonosov University (MSU), with another victory in their pocket. Namely, among 13 teams from 7 countries our team finished first on the basis of their performances in the eight rounds of hearings, while two of our students also received individual awards for best oralists: Ms. Katarina Tomić won the first award, whereas Ms. Tatjana Radivojević was the third best speaker of the Pre-Moot.

moskva-2During the two days of competition in Moscow, on 19th and 21th of March 2017, in the course of their preparations for the participation at this years’ XXIV Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, our students pleaded against the teams from colleagues from Kutafin Moscow State Law University, High School of Economics, MGIMO University, Lomonosov Moscow State University, American University of Central Asia, State University of Moldova and University of Lucerne and were praised for their performances by eight different panels of arbitrators.
