School of German law

“School of German Law” was successfully organized by the German organization for International Legal Cooperation, from 3 to 9 July 2016 in the German cities – Bonn and Brühl. Participants were students from ten countries, including seven students from the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade.

A lot of courses and discussions were organized at the following topics: Civil Law – Property Law, Corporate Law, Arbitration Law, human rights, constitutional protection etc. Lectures were held by renowned lecturers from several universities in Germany (Mihael Borskens, Katarina Hilbig-Lugani, Martin Beze, Ulrike Dorn, Suzana Šimihen, Martin Huf, Matthias Hartwig, Jürgen Thomas, Ruth Moš, Matthias Leman, Johan Gater and Marsel Krengel). In addition, visit to the National Court in Bonn were organized where participants had a chance to attend one civil trial (where the subject of the dispute was the termination of the insurance contract), and one criminal trial (where the subject of the dispute was illegal trade – cigarette smuggling).

Participants from Serbia and representatives of the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade were: Stojan Mićović, Đorđe Radinović Kapralović, Aleksandar Rajić, Petar Brudar, Milan Ignjatović, Petar Kolundžija and Nina Radojičić.
