Conference in honor of Dr. Christa Jessel Holst (Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, Germany) was held at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, in the period from 23 to 24 September 2010. The conference was held under the name Private Law Reform in South East Europe.

The conference was jointly organized by the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade and The Business Lawyers Association of the Republic of Serbia.

The conference was attended by a numerous scientists from Serbia and abroad. During two-day sessions, issues in the field of commercial, civil and international private law were discussed.

Papers presented in the conference will be published in the journal Liber Amicorum Christa Jessel-Holst.
