For the third time, the University Belgrade Faculty of Law and RNIDS – The Serbian National Internet Domain Registry Foundation organized a conference “Internet dialogue” dedicated to legal aspects of the Internet. This year, the conference was held on 13 June 2023 and was entitled “Repositioning platforms in Digital Market Law”. The conference gathered experts from Germany, Australia, Poland, China, Italy, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Slovenia, Hungary and Serbia, who discussed the legal framework for online platforms, and particularly the recently adopted Digital Markets Act and Digital Services Act.

Welcome addresses were given by Prof. Dr. Zoran Mirković, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Dejan Đukić, RNIDS Director, and Prof. Dr. Dušan V. Popović, president of the Organising Board. The speakers in the first session were: Dr. Matija Damjan, Asst. Professor at the University of Ljubljana, Dr. István Harkai, Senior Lecturer at the University of Szeged, Dr. Giacomo Tagiuri, Asst. Professor at the University of Amsterdam, and Dr. Giulia Schneider, Asst. Professor at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. The session was chaired by Ms. Ivana Stojanović Raišić, Counsel at Gecić Law.  The second session gathered Dr. Anna Piszcz, Professor at the University of Bialystok, Dr. Magdalena Knapp, Associate Professor at the University of Bialystok, Dr. Dušan V. Popović, Professor at the University of Belgrade, Dr. Rainer Kulms, Affiliate at Max Planck Institute for Comparative and Private International Law, who also chaired this session, and Dr. Thomas Papadopoulos, Asst. Professor at the University of Cyprus, and Louiza Kofina, Ph.D candidate at the University of Cyprus. The speakers in the third session were: Dr. Tatjana Jovanić, Professor at the University of Belgrade, Dr. Yane Svetiev, Professor at the University of Sydney, and Dr. Wei Lulu, Professor at the Beihang University. The third session was chaired by  Dr. Dušan V. Popović, Professor at the University of Belgrade.
