Within the cooperation that is successfully realized through the Erasmus + KA1 program and in accordance with the Inter-Institutional Agreement between the University of Belgrade and the University of Paris Nanterre (Université Paris-Nanterre), France, Professor of Private Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Paris Nanterre Eva Théocharidi held a series of lectures at our faculty from the 11^th to the 15^th of April 2022 in the field of Company Law, Corporate Governance and Bankruptcy Law of the European Union. The lectures were primarily dedicated to the issue of right of establishment, which was discussed through the analysis of relevant decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union. Professor Théocharidi, who is the co-director of the Master of European Law and the coordinator for international relations of the renowned Paris Law School, was received by the Vice-Dean for International Cooperation Prof. Dr. Jelena Lepetić and Dr. Ivana Rodić, and the topic of the meeting was the mobility of students from partner faculties, as well as other forms of academic cooperation.
