Lecture “The Anatomy of a Federal Criminal Case”

On Thursday, October 10, 2019 Ms Jennifer Boal, Magistrate Judge of the US District Court of Massachusetts, held a lecture at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. The lecture on the topic “The Anatomy of a Federal Criminal Case”, in the field of Criminal Procedure Law, was organized in collaboration with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Besides a great number of law students, the lecture was also attended by Ms Jacquelyn Williams Bridgers, Head of the project “Initiative for Responsible Government”, Mr Borko Nikolić, Team Leader of the project dedicated to corruption cases and Assistant Professor Dr Vanja Bajović. The Vice-Dean for International Cooperation of the Faculty of Law, Assistant Professor Dr Jelena Lepetić greeted the guest. After the lecture a discussion had developed by the attendees, in which Assistant Professor Vanja Bajović took part. Judge Boal answered a number of student questions.
